These terms apply when you use easylark.com or buy anything from Easylark ("we", "us"). Easylark is an online service run by a sole proprietor in California. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
- Free Quick Scan: a short snapshot of where AI could help your business.
- AI Automation Plan: a one-time purchase. After you complete our questionnaire, we email you a written plan within 24 hours. It lists the tasks to hand to AI, the tools to use, setup steps and estimated hours saved.
- Setup Kit: a one-time purchase that includes the Plan plus prompts, templates, a rollout checklist and 30 days of email support.
- Membership: a monthly subscription with plan refreshes, workflow guides and alerts.
Our services are meant for businesses and for people at least 18 years old.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on our website. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms. Launch pricing, such as the founding discount for our first 50 customers, is available only while it lasts. We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for.
Membership billing
Membership renews automatically each month and is charged to the card you used, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the contact form on this site. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. See our Refund policy for refunds.
Delivery
Our 24-hour delivery time starts when you submit the questionnaire, not when you pay. If we ever can't deliver on time, we'll email you with a new date. If the delay doesn't work for you, you can ask for a full refund.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate answers. Your plan is only as good as the information you provide.
- Don't include client names, confidential client data or anything you're not allowed to share.
- Use our site lawfully, and don't try to disrupt it, copy it in bulk or misuse our forms.
About your plan
Your plan gives general, practical recommendations. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, security or compliance advice. Hours-saved figures are estimates, not promises; your real results depend on how you put the plan to work. Before adopting any tool, check that it fits your professional and regulatory obligations. Third-party tools we recommend are provided by other companies under their own terms and prices, and we are not responsible for them.
Our guarantee
If your AI Automation Plan identifies less than 5 hours per week of estimated time savings for your business, you can get a full refund. Details are in our Refund policy.
Ownership
Once you've paid, you may use your plan and any Setup Kit materials freely inside your own business, including sharing them with your team. Please don't resell or publish them. We keep ownership of our website, methods, templates and general materials, and we may reuse general, non-identifying insights to improve our service.
Disclaimers and limit of liability
Apart from the guarantee above, our services are provided "as is", without other warranties, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Before filing any claim, please contact us first, since most issues can be resolved quickly.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in effect when you placed an order applies to that order.
